Privacy notice

Last updated: October 8, 2026. This notice describes how American Wealth Group Inc. (AWG) handles information associated with this recruiting website and its iClosed booking flow.

Information you choose to share

When you use the booking form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business or agency information, answers about your goals and support needs, and scheduling details. The fields displayed in the booking form identify the information requested at that time. Do not provide client records, policy details, health information, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information.

Information from incomplete forms

iClosed may save contact information, such as your email address or phone number, after you leave an input field, even if you do not finish the form or book a conversation. Closing the form does not necessarily remove information already captured.

How information is used and follow-up messages

AWG uses recruiting and booking information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, discuss support and partnership opportunities, and manage related follow-up. The booking workflow can include follow-up emails and text messages.

Providing a phone number or booking a conversation is not, by itself, blanket consent to unrelated marketing or automated calls and texts. Review any communication disclosures and choices shown in the form. To ask AWG to stop follow-up communications, contact privacy@americanwealthgroup.us or use an unsubscribe or opt-out option included in the message.

Service providers and access

Netlify hosts this website. iClosed provides the booking form and processes recruiting and scheduling information on AWG’s behalf. Information is available to AWG personnel responsible for recruiting and scheduling and to service providers supporting those activities. Google Calendar receives scheduling information through AWG’s connected iClosed booking workflow. This may include the appointment time, attendee contact information, and details included in the calendar event.

AWG’s use of booking information is covered by this notice. iClosed also publishes information about its platform practices in its Privacy Policy. That provider policy does not replace AWG’s responsibility to explain its own use of your information.

Website logs, cookies, and video

The website uses a locally hosted video and loads an iClosed script for booking. Hosting and booking providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and access logs. iClosed may use cookies or similar technologies to operate its services and support security, preferences, and performance.

AWG has not installed a separate analytics or advertising-tracking script in this website’s code. This does not mean that third-party booking services collect no technical data or use no cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser and any controls offered by the booking provider; blocking them may affect booking functionality. This website does not implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention and deletion

AWG’s policy is to retain recruiting inquiry and booking records for up to one year after collection, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to address a legal claim. Records held by iClosed and Google Calendar are subject to their storage and backup processes. Deleting an active record may not immediately remove copies from provider backups. You may contact AWG to request deletion or ask about retention.

Your questions and requests

For privacy questions, requests to access or correct your information, deletion requests, or communication preferences, email privacy@americanwealthgroup.us. Identify the email address or phone number used for your inquiry, but do not send identity documents or sensitive financial records unless AWG requests them through an appropriate secure process.

AWG may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
