COPYRIGHT CONCERNS
DMCA policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026. American Wealth Group Inc. (AWG) respects copyright ownership. This policy explains how to report concerns about material on americanwealthgroup.us. It is general information, not legal advice.
Before submitting a report
Check that you own the copyright or are authorized to represent its owner. Consider permission, licensing, fair use, and other lawful uses before making a claim. Each report should receive individual review rather than being generated automatically in bulk. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or mistaken removal can result in liability.
Copyright complaints
Email legal@americanwealthgroup.us with the subject “Copyright complaint.” Include the report in the email body and provide:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or authorized representative.
- The copyrighted work involved, or a representative list for multiple works.
- The material you believe infringes and its specific website URL, so AWG can find it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the use lacks authorization from the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that your report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Review and response
AWG reviews reports and may request missing information or remove or disable access to disputed material. Reports, including contact information, may be shared with the person responsible for the material or with advisers assisting with the dispute. Send only information relevant to the claim.
Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the federal district court jurisdiction for your address (or, outside the United States, a district where AWG may be found); and agreement to accept service from the original complainant or its agent.
When the DMCA counter-notice process applies, access is restored 10–14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice unless the complainant gives notice of a filed court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
More information
See the U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA guidance. Consult a qualified attorney about your rights. This policy does not establish that AWG qualifies for a DMCA safe harbor.
